Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not – we are here to help!

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you ordered it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We cannot accept urns or jewelry that has had cremains placed in them. You are responsible for the return shipping fees

Please include your invoice or original packing slip. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item has arrived damaged, please contact us. If possible, supply photos for us to share with the delivery service responsible.
